On July 20, just a week before the trial kicked off, jury selection began at the Massachusetts court, a process which concluded within four days with an 18-member jury seated for the Lindsay Clancy murder trial.
Patrick Clancy’s lawsuit, meanwhile, detailed the voices Lindsay said she heard, citing her medical records. Another voice told her “that her children would suffer if she was gone,” Patrick’s lawsuit noted.
