Allen (ADKR), Miller and Klaasen (both Gulf Giants) will be making their maiden ILT20 appearances while big-hitting Australian all-rounder Marcus Stoinis (Dubai Capitals) makes a return to the tournament after a three-year gap, according to a press release.
