A woman died, and another was left seriously injured after a speeding car hit them in Mumbai’s Nalasopara East. The two women were walking home from work along the roadside when the vehicle struck them after taking a turn from the opposite direction.

Following the incident, Tulinj police filed a delayed FIR against three people, including car owner Rajesh Shah and primary driver Mahesh Naik, for allowing a minor to get behind the wheel.
