Penguin Random House India (PRHI) announced on Friday that it is not the publisher of Congress leader Sonia Gandhi’s highly anticipated memoir, “Belonging: A Journey of Love.” The publisher refuted claims that it had opted out of publishing the book due to disagreements over editorial changes.

Publisher Alfred A Knopf had announced on August 18 that Sonia Gandhi’s memoir, ‘Belonging: A Journey of Love’, will be published on November 10.
The publisher said it’s still “keen to publish the book” and stressed that fact-checking and suggesting editorial changes are part of its responsibility.
